The photo on the right look like something I sometimes cook. In french, I call it a "flan", with eggs, cheese, butter, milk, flour...Everybody in my family find it strange, when it's just baked, strange form...

I love to start my day at work with your "views" - and then when I read the comments of others I see them in many more ways. Thank you for doing this.

It looks like you both went out to eat last night, though I am sure these were both taken at home. Nice!

Dutch babies! My former german-heritage boyfriend taught me how to make those. They're great topped with butter and powdered sugar. Or maple syrup. Or jam. Or pretty much anything.

I never comment but was totally inspired to by the alleged dutch baby. I'm nearly drooling. I like mine with a wee bit of melted butter on top, a few spritzes of lemon juice, and then a healthy dusting of powdered sugar. Wow. GOOD.
